With over 35 years of experience in corporate finance, engineering, and software development, Chris is an accomplished leader who has served as VideoMining’s CFO for 7 years.
He received his Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Lehigh University, holds six patents, and has successfully raised over $48 million in capital over the past decade.
As a CFO, Chris is responsible for managing all financial operations and collaborating with the executive team to establish and execute growth strategies.
Alicia Cleary joined VideoMining in 2023 with a wealth of CPG brand and category experience from companies such as AB-InBev and Nestlè.
She is passionate about expansive ideation and building new capabilities that enable strategic collaboration for retailers and suppliers.
With extensive experience in category leadership, shopper insights, brand marketing and industry relations, Alicia leads VideoMining’s marketing strategy and industry relations efforts. She holds a BS in Marketing and Philosophy from Fairfield University, and an MBA from Saint Louis University.
James Brennan is the Senior Vice President of Shopper Insights & Activation at VideoMining.
With over 11 years of experience at the company, James is responsible for leading all of VideoMining's market research projects and shopper science analytics.
He holds a BA from the College of New Jersey, a JD from Quinnipiac University Law School, and an MBA from Penn State University's Smeal College of Business.
James is also responsible for all thought leadership and shopper insight strategy work. His extensive experience and understanding of the retail landscape and shopper behavioral science make him an invaluable asset to the VideoMining team.
Richard Hirata is the Senior Vice President of Shopper Science at VideoMining, where he has been working for the past 9 years.
He holds a BA degree in Mathematics and Economics from Lawrence University, and an MBA with a speciality in Operations Research and Management Science from the University of Michigan.
With decades of experience leading client projects at major market research firms, including Nielsen, Richard is an expert in data science, research methodologies, category management, and shopper insights. His leadership and expertise in the field of shopper science have been invaluable to the company's success and continued growth.
Nakul serves as the Vice President of Product Development at VideoMining, and is responsible for all product and software development, data engineering, innovative data solutions, and strategic planning.
He holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Rutgers University, and has been an essential member of the VideoMining team for 11 years.
His expertise in data engineering has been paramount in creating capabilities that power VideoMining’s AI-powered behavioral analytics solutions.
Dr. Rajeev Sharma, Founder and CEO of VideoMining, is a distinguished expert in applied shopper behavioral science. His AI-driven breakthrough technologies revolutionized the understanding of shopper behavior by analyzing billions of micro-moments during the in-store journey.
With a background in AI, Computer Vision, and Shopper Research, Dr. Sharma earned his B.Sc. from IIT Kharagpur and a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Maryland.
His accomplishments span over 100 peer-reviewed publications, 76 US patents, and leadership roles in research labs at the University of Illinois and Pennsylvania State University, focusing on AI, Computer Vision, Robotics, and Advanced Human-Computer Interfaces.
Gary brings more than 30 years of software development and project management experience to lead technical projects and implement VideoMining's advanced analytics capabilities from both the engineering and operations perspective.
He studied Computer Science at Pennsylvania State University and brings a wealth of knowledge and competencies to the team.
